1964 Gibson EB2 characteristics: Pearloid inlaid Gibson logo on headstock with the "i" dot disconnected from the "G" and opened "o", pearloid crown inlay either centered or above center on headstock, two screw plastic truss rod cover with no model name, Kluson clover riveted tuners with slot head screws, unbound Brazilian rosewood 20-fret board with pearloid dot fret markers, two F holes in body, orange Gibson manufacturing sticker inside F hole, body binding on front and back, one large chrome four pole humbucker pickup at neck butt, black/white/black/white pickguard with metal brace, two silver top/gold hat shaped knobs with with numbers and metal position pointers, bass boost button, nickel bar bridge with a hex intonation screw at each of the two mounting poles, input jack on body front, strapholder on body back, black molded case with no Gibson name and gold interior.
